Fruit trees Hollyhocks Sweet Peas Walnuts Redcurrants. Great Table Tennis addition outside. Plenty of board games left for evenings indoors. Summer visit and super bright and lightness throughout. We absolutely loved staying at Millerâ??s Cottage! It was well kept, clean and nicely presented with lots of character. It suited our family of 7 well, giving us plenty of room. Our children especially loved the secret room behind the bookcase! We enjoyed its quiet, peaceful and private location with easy parking and a spacious garden. A nice touch were the pots of flowers around the property, which added to its charm. A 10 minute drive to the nearest shop, with lovely towns and beaches all near enough to drive to. Would recommend staying here if you like a quiet, relaxed break. Would happily visit again!

Positives - lovely location & large 2 bedroom bungalow with good parking. Lovely pub in Rendham - the White Horse & Juniper Barn Cafe within a short walk. There isn't a local shop anymore contrary to the description on the website. The challenges - the kitchen wasn't well equipped or as clean as we would expect. There weren't instruction manuals easily to hand for key equipment like the cooker & heating. The general air of the cottage was a bit neglected & dusty rather than just "quirkily distressed". There wasn't a visitors book so nowhere to share thoughts on best local places with other guests. Overall for the price we didn't feel it was good value for money or rated 4 stars. We stay in UK cottages regularly & wouldn't come back to this one which is a shame as it could be stunning with a little more thought and care.
