No 4 Moorside Reviews

Graham
Good accommodation let down a little by a lack of attention to detail
Liz
Beautiful cottage and great location. Just needs plumbing to be upgraded.
Catherine
A lovely house, with a grest garden in a very quiet tucked away location, with good access to footpaths and cycle routes into Southwold and onto the beach. Having the co-op and bakery and two pubs close by is very handy.
Katrina
This could be a nice house, but some things are shabby and need updating / replacing - Sofas, TV, and garden parasol. There are moth holes in the carpet upstairs. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. Weâ??ll investigate this right away to make sure everythingâ??s in place for the next guest
Sarah
Our second stay , a very comfortable, well equipped property
Joanne
Moth damage to carpets, mould in shower In main bathroom and around windows. I felt the property was not luxurious enough to warrant the price hence not value for money. I would expect the property to be in better condition given the price. Location was great but did not warrant the cost for the week. Overpriced
Gordon
Fantastic property, plenty of space inside and out and nice and quiet in a secluded spot.
Susan
Lovely clean comfortable house. Great location, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday
John
It would have been helpful to have been made aware that the property was semi detached. This is not mentioned in the description. As a result, the property is overlooked in the rear garden. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen/bathrooms well equipped. The location is otherwise quiet and pleasant and the local scenery delightful.
Lynn
This was a beautiful cottage in a very quiet location. It was very clean and well equipped. There was a very useful welcome pack. We had a wonderful weekend.
Douglas
Lovely cottage in excellent location to walk to the beach and to the Harbour. The cottage is very well appointed with a lovely homely feel. Lots of cutlery plates etc which is helpful (sometimes these are limited to number of people staying). Great garden for our grandchildren to play in. Thinking to book for next year !
Sarah
Lovely house , well equipped, relaxing garden quiet location
Helen
This is a lovely well equipped cottage. Location is great, it is an easy walk into the village and the local pubs. Both Walberswick and Southwold beaches are sandy.
Danielle
The cottage is in a very quiet, pretty location, a short walk to the beach. The garden is lovely and has plenty of furniture and is its main selling point. The house and bedrooms are nice, but three of the four bedrooms are very small. One is in the attic with limited headroom. One has a double bed squashed against the wall with only room to walk round one side. The lounge again is small for a group of more than 4 or 5 people. Dining room and kitchen very good size. Utility room looked useful but we did not use it.
Meg
We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful house, as an extended family of 6 adults and a baby there was plenty of room and it was clean, warm and comfortable. We'd stay again.
