A really well equipped cottage that was in a great location.
Cass
Great house for a family get together, the downstairs bedroom and shower room where good for my mum who uses a walker. A very well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Comfortable beds. A well positioned property with a 5 minute walk to the pier and sea front and 10 minutes to the town centre.
Alan
Ideal location for both the town and the beach. Garden perfect for the dog. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, would love to return.

Very well equipped, comfortable home. Well thought out, a short walk to the pier. A delightful stay. Good to sit outside, enjoy the peace and not overlooked, cleverly developed.

The property was fairly well equipped and with comfortable beds. The information folder needs updating to include instructions for equipment. Itâ??s a nice light and airy house with plenty of space to relax - we enjoyed our stay thank you
Dawn
House was ok, could do with some TLC and would be a lovely place. Quiet location but easy walk to the beach and shops.
Margaret
The property was in an excellent position to enjoy all that Southwold has to offer. Off road parking for 2 vehicles and only 50 yards from reed beds. 200yards to the iconic pier and beach promenade. Full view of the beautiful church and lighthouse, the walk into town taking 6-8 mins. Well equipped and comfortable this holiday home is ideal for 4 adults and 3 children + dogs. Good sized enclosed garden also.
Maureen
A very comfortable house near to all amenities thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Andrew
A comfortable house, with plenty of parking. Very well situated for both the beach and the town. Really well enclosed gardens, excellent for dogs or children.
Jean
A lovely spacious house with very comfortable beds although benches at the dining table are not.
Peter
We had a very enjoyable stay at Sea Gem. The property had a particular good layout with a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and bathroom downstairs. With Three good bedrooms upstairs and a spacious lounge/diner, it was ideal for our stay. The property is a good walk to the Pier and Centre but on the flat and manageable. No major complaints.
Rosie
The good Location Size Bedding etx The poor The location is just perfect and great size property but rusting peeling kitchen equipment and very very tired furniture such as sofa that felt like weâ??re almost sat on floor, really let it down given how much paid for a week. The front garden was quite overgrown. This house could be amazing with some TLC
Jenny
Warm and comfortable well appointed house. Stayed 2 weeks and middle weekend change of linen etc and cleaning was well organised and unobtrusive.
Tim
Premises well situated for walking the promenade and beach. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom useful. Some things did not work and instruction booklet poor. Furniture looks tired and could do with updating. Garden needs a good tidy up.
