35 Stradbroke Road Reviews

Rachel
A very comfortable house for a family like ours with a baby and a dog - we loved it. A little shabby in parts, but with attractive Victorian features and lots of extras such as board games/dvds/books and bits of useful equipment. The beach is just five minutes' walk (NB - dog restrictions on the nearest part of the beach April-September).
Martin
We had a great week, 5 adults and 4 dogs, excellent location for easy access for the beach and town the property was vast and plenty of space.
Andrew
Booked the cottage for six of our wedding party, and they loved it!
Nicola
Cottage was very warm, clean and comfortable, which we greatly appreciated, as we had to be relocated due to no central heating or hot water in original accommodation. Location was perfect and having parking on street was huge bonus. We ended up with more space including a nice garden, which our dog enjoyed. Had a lovely stay and would definitely return.
Hannah
We love Southwold and the location of this property is perfect for the beach and exploring the town. Unfortunately we had some issues with cleanliness when we checked in and a partial re-clean was required. Property has a garden and BBQ advertised but unfortunately when we arrived neither was useable, we had to mow the lawn ourselves so the children could play and clean up part of a dead bird, we also cleaned the garden furniture so it could be used however the BBQ was beyond help, very dirty and without a tray to catch any ash, so we were unable to use it. Beds comfortable and linen and towels clean, but some small improvements needed to make it a really enjoyable place to stay.
Joanne
House is in a good location, and all rooms are nice and spacious.
