Stunning location, very convenient for the pubs and shops and restaurant. Great garden and tennis court was a bonus(well used by whole family ). Unfortunately the downside was the cleanliness and overall tiredness of the property.

Lovely large cottage in wonderful location - right on the riverside with easy access to the quay and beautiful walks right from the house. We had a really lovely stay in Orford at The Pavilion Barn, we played tennis and pool and loved being so near to the water and being able to watch the boats coming and going. The property is in a lovely position with well kept grounds. The pubs and shops are all in walking distance. There are many walks in the area. We loved Orford, it is a beautiful village. One negative to make future guests aware of is one of the upstairs bedrooms is quite small but it is beautifully furnished. We were a group of 4 adults and a dog. Thank you for letting us stay

Somewhat disappointing. Property was cold on arrival, hot water was intermittent, bath was out of order and one of the bathrooms had no heating. There isnâ??t quite enough seating and only basic outdoor furniture. Good location and coastal walks are on the doorstep as is the quay and local pub.
