Walberswick is a quiet, pretty coastal village with sandy beaches backed by dunes, a couple of friendly pubs, a tearoom, an art gallery and a gift shop. Southwold is just 1.5 miles away via a foot ferry or footbridge over the River Blyth.

Five bedrooms sleep 10: a ground floor twin, a first floor twin with en-suite, a super-king with en-suite, a king-size and a king-size with en-suite shower room. There are five bathrooms in total plus a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen-diner has a large oak table, bi-fold garden doors, central island, double oven, American-style fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine. Two wood burners keep things cosy.
