Tynewold Reviews

Frances
This is a great house for a family or multiple guests, with plenty of space, well-equipped and with a lovely garden. Parking outside for two cars is a real bonus. Very conveniently situated for all the amenities on offer in Southwold. We had some issues with the central heating, and on each occasion had a prompt response from Holiday Cottages
Maureen
A fantastic place to stay very well furnished and equipped really can't fault anything
Linda
A good property for larger groups. A large spacious property which was very well equipped. The house would benefit from some updating and a thorough cleaning. Well positioned for both the pier and town centre. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you fore your review. We will ensure the points raised are rectified before the next guests arrive.
Victoria
This is a good house for families and groups of friends. We enjoyed it as we enjoy the company of our family but the house was in need of some TLC and updating to various rooms and a deep clean.
Mary-Ann
Tynewold is wonderfully placed in Southwold. A short walk from the sea and a nice walk into town. The house is a well organised family home and caters very easily for ten people.
Rick
This was our second time in Tynewold, the first being some years ago. The location is fine, just a short walk from the High Streetin one direction, and the Pier in the other. Facilities are good, especially the large enclosed garden, although getting to the garden is vis a bedroom or by moving furniture in the sitting room.
Ann
A lovely cottage in need of a few updates to make the garden safe for children.
Mary
A lovely house . Well equipped for 10 people with ample downstairs space. Good location with easy access to the beach and the town. We had a lovely stay
Mandy

Sally

David
A spacious and comfortable house for a large family group, in a convenient location.
Helen
Couldnâ??t fault this place. Location was excellent for town and beach. Suited our mixture of a family perfectly. Had everything you could possibly need. Thought I would catch them out when I made sausage rolls but they even had a pastry brush! Was impressed that we all had plenty of space whether that was in the living room or eating a meal at the dining table.
