Excellent accommodation and very well equipped and comfortable. Showers were great, so many large holiday cottages struggle with water pressure and quantity of hot water. These were the best. Nice to be on the farm and see the animals. Kids loved feeding the pigs as did the adults. Well located.

We stayed in the Hen House with 12 adults. The property is spotlessly clean, has everything that one would need and is in a delightful situation. It was lovely to be on a working farm and see a day old calf. Sheep and lambs are in surrounding fields and give a wonderful pastoral feel! It's only a few minutes into Beccles for shopping and the station. There are lovely walks straight from the farm and many places to visit within easy driving distance.

We stayed here as a group of 18, we hired the roosters rest and daisy cottage together. The houses were clean, and well presented on arrival and had a welcome treat which was appreciated. The houses had everything we could have wanted during our stay. We had a issue with the hot water and the host Bob was super responsive and came straight away to sort this out for her, she was very friendly and welcoming and took time to show us around the houses when we arrived. Would definitely book a stay here again, perfect for celebrations and family gatherings.

We spent the weekend at Hen House with friends. We had plenty of space for 15 of us to socialise together, with options to go and sit somewhere quietly when needed. The kitchens had everything we needed to be able to cook for a large group. The rooms were clean and had an en-suite in every room, which was great. The surroundings were really peaceful and we loved that there were two goats next to the property who were very cute, as well as the cows and sheep! We had an issue getting access to daisy cottage on the first night and Helen was very quick to help, both her and Bob were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us.

The property is beautiful, spacious, spotless and very well equipped for everyone (our party of 14 ranged from 76 to 2 weeks old) The location is great, on a rural working farm in close distance of the town and beaches near by. We hired all three cottages for a family weekend. It was fantastic. Everyone had their own en-suite and a huge bed. The cottages were extremely well equipped and appointed - all mod cons. The garden was good for games and we enjoyed seeing the farm animals. It is in a brilliant location.
