Lovely house not far from the pier. Comfy beds and very clean bedding and towels. The ground floor bathroom is very good for anyone with a disability.
Neil
This is a lovely property , with spacious bedrooms and numerous bathrooms - perfect for our party of 6. The downstairs bedroom with en suite was ideal for my parents in law , as no stairs to negotiate . Extremely well equipped with comfortable furnishings and a lovely garden , which has the added bonus of being a sun trap - weather improved by end of week ! Well located for coast and the centre of town , with numerous excellent restaurants within easy reach . We love Southwold and visit every year . but this was our first time at Skimming Stones - would certainly recommend to others .
Neil
Lovely cottage in good location for Southwold and the surrounding areas.
Sabine
We celebrated my partner 60th birthday with the whole family, kids and our french bulldog Thor. This cottage was perfect, everyone had his own comfort, big kitchen and nice garden were we enjoyed the visit of the robins. Had nice walks to the beach which was not far away. We really had a good time. Thank you
Diane

Jill
A deceptively spacious house with a large sociable space for relaxing and dining. The location is ideal for walking to the town and seafront yet it is in a quiet road with good views over the marshes from the front bedroom.
Jo
A lovely house with lots of room to spread out. A nice walk into Southwold with a lovely outlook to the front of the house. A really private, enclosed garden. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a great sized dining table to accommodate everyone.
Lesley
The house was warm, comfortable and very roomy. It was also very well equipped.
