There are 2 bathrooms one with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle plus a cloakroom WC. The versatile sitting room has folding doors creating one large social space or two separate areas, complete with wood burner, TV, games console and board games. The kitchen-diner features a Rangemaster cooker and Smeg fridge/freezer.
Adnams Brewery tours (0.5 miles), Southwold Pier (0.8 miles), Walberswick via the historic foot ferry (minutes away) and RSPB Minsmere (12 miles, 20 minutes) are all excellent group days out.
