The accommodation is very spacious, beds very comfortable and a lovely large space outside. Plenty of crockery etc. in the kitchen and games in the lounge. Very peaceful and near to the sea and Beccles for days out.

A beautiful, spacious farmhouse with a lovely garden and plenty of wildlife to spot. We saw pheasants, hares and deer. The pool table was very popular and table tennis too. Beds were all really comfy. Location very rural but many places to visit within 10-20 mins. Highly recommend!

Lovely big house with lots of character and fully equipped with everything you could want. Games room was fun with the kids and weather was nice enough for a bbq on our grandsonâ??s 10th birthday. Good location. I can recommend Queens Head for a nice meal and friendly staff. Southwold never disappoints, Walberswick beach was fun, especially crabbing with the kids although we didnâ??t catch any. They all loved Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach and Framlingham Castle. A thoroughly good time was ha as by ck all. We even managed Jimmyâ??s Farm on the way home.
