Sailor's Retreat is a spacious contemporary bungalow in Reydon, Suffolk, sleeping up to 8 guests. This is a strong choice for a group break one level, wide hallways, level access throughout and a large private garden. No hot tub, but the impressive wood burner and bi-folding doors opening onto the garden make this a genuinely comfortable base.

Reydon sits just under a mile from Southwold, one of Suffolk's most loved seaside towns. Think sandy beaches, an Edwardian pier with a water clock, a working lighthouse and colourful fishermen's cottages lining the streets.

The bungalow has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master has a king-size bed with an en-suite bath and shower. Bedroom 2 is king-size and shares a Jack and Jill double-head shower cubicle with the twin Bedroom 3. Bedroom 4 is twin with its own shower room. The open-plan dining area seats 8 and the kitchen has twin electric ovens, wine fridge and a central island.

Southwold town centre is under a mile away. Reydon Woods nature reserve is nearby. RSPB Minsmere is 11.6 miles (approx. 25 minutes). Aldeburgh is around 12 miles south (25 minutes).
