The Old Town Hall Reviews

Susan
Great location, house is unloved and beds are in urgent need or replacing, general air of neglect, cottage is up for sale and it shows. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm that we will discuss this with the owner to ensure the issue you raise are addressed.
Anna
Another wonderful week in the gorgeous Old Town Hall. Perfect location, house and sunny, courtyard garden. Thank you :)
Sarah
Layout not suitable for 8 ! Cold draughty windows. But location perfect.
Jean
A group of friends staying in Dunwich for the weekend and this was the perfect location. The property was very comfortable and very warm - which for an old property was a pleasant surprise. The heating was still needed as mornings / evenings were still a little chilly. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. And we all agreed that the living room was very cosy in the evenings.. There are steep stairs but there is bedroom (2) / bathroom accommodation on the ground floor so this shouldn't cause a problem. Brilliant outside space as well.. And we all loved the characteristics of such an old house with all the beams and slopping floors... A very unique property and would definitely recommend staying here... Oh, and just across the road from Dunwich beach and a lovely pub a few steps away.. Everything you need...
Sarah
A lovely cottage in an absolutely fabulous location. Ideal for walking and exploring. Pub less than 100m from the front door. Would recommend a visit to this area.
David
This was a very good value property in a great location with lots of useful local info in the guide book
Laura
Ideal location for the beach and lovely walks. Lovely courtyard garden which is quite the suntrap. And lovely views of Dunwich beach from the frost rooms. Be aware of the house and bedroom layout when booking to see if it meets your needs.
Susan
Had a lovely time, great location.
Elspeth
We had a lovely holiday in a very interesting area - trips to Walberswick for crabbing and the ferry, Southwold, Framlingham, etc and plenty of walking - to Dunwich Heath, and from there to Minsmere another day. Will return.
Lisa
A lovely cottage, great for the family and plenty of space. The cottage was well equipped and next to a lovely pub. The beach is a stone throw away and close to lovely towns like Southwold. I would definitely stay hear again.
